Charles David Pagano is an American football coach and former player who is currently the defensive coordinator of the Chicago Bears of the National Football League (NFL). He has also served as the defensive coordinator for the Baltimore Ravens in 2011, and as head coach of the Indianapolis Colts from 2012 to 2017. He is the older brother of John Pagano, the senior defensive assistant and outside linebackers coach for the Houston Texans. After the Colts fired him following the 2017 season, Pagano took a year off from coaching, working as a consultant for the NFL.
